💰 Refund Policy – Decorzio

At Decorzio, we want you to love your home and the items you decorate it with. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


🔄 Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept refund requests for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was never delivered (based on valid tracking)

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or for items returned without prior approval.


⏳ Refund Request Timeframe

You must request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@decorzio.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).


📦 Return Instructions

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery
